A lot of us, self included, use old books for our junk journals. We remove the covers to use again and recycle the contents or throw away the contents in some cases. This bothers me a bit. Does it bother you? I am showing you here a book that I own and treasure. It is a 1909 edition of The Strand Magazine omnibus. A compendium produced once a year for fans of that magazine. It is a wonderful old book and no way would I ever consider destroying it. It could well be valuable but I don't intend to sell it either.

I just want to say, we should be careful about what we use for our junk journalling. I'm sure you agree. Comments welcome...
